📄️ What types of Partners can use the Partner Console?
Cyber Guardian offers three partnership models designed to suit different types of businesses and the level of involvement you want to have with your customers. Depending on the type of partner you are, the Partner Console will show you the different options available to you.
📄️ Partner Console - Dashboard
In the Dashboard, you can see aggregated information about the most relevant aspects of your Cyber Guardian customers, including their licences and subscription expiry dates and, if you have the appropriate permissions as an MSSP, their protections, security level and phishing simulation results.
📄️ Partner Console - Collaborators
If you have a Cyber Guardian distribution network and access to this page, you can intuitively manage your collaborator hierarchy using a tree-structured directory, as well as create new collaborators, edit them or delete them.
📄️ Partner Console - Clients
On the Clients page, you will see a list of all your clients and those of your collaborators, as well as their licences, assigned collaborator, if applicable, etc.
📄️ Partner Console - Opportunities
If you have permission to create clients, you can also register your own sales opportunities by completing the corresponding form.
📄️ Partner Console - Settings
From the Settings menu, you can manage billing information and the users of your Partner Console.
📄️ How do I enable 2FA to access the Partner Console?
When you enable the 2FA Policy, all Partner Console users who authenticate using a username and password will be required to install and configure an app on their mobile phones, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, so that they can log in to the platform using a temporary code automatically generated on their mobile phone.
