Partner Console - Collaborators

If you have a Cyber Guardian distribution network and access to this page, you can intuitively manage your collaborator hierarchy using a tree-structured directory, as well as create new collaborators, edit them or delete them.

When creating a new collaborator or editing an existing one, you can specify their permissions:

• Create collaborators to build their own distribution network, generating additional business for you.
• Create customers when they sell licences or services with Cyber Guardian. If you have this permission, you can grant it to your collaborators.
• Add licences to provision and increase licences for their customers or those of their collaborator network. If you have this permission, you can grant it to your collaborators. If you do not grant it, your collaborators will need you to manage their customers' licences on their behalf. This will allow you to avoid surprises by controlling the active licences in your distribution network and implement internal processes that require your authorisation.
